Questions&Answers

Q1: Can I use the top shelf as a counter?
A1: We do. We use it to prep for baking. It's not as sturdy as a counter that's attached to a kitchen wall, of course. However, it works great as a counter!

Q2: I need a cart this size, but it has to be on casters. is it sturdy enough to mount casters?

A2: Yes, you can assemble the casters if you need it. It is sturdy enough.

Q3: Would this be good in a craft room to store paper on it? Craft paper for punches and die cuts can be heavy.

A3: Here is the maximum load capacity of each tier of the microwave cart: top board: 88 lb; middle-sized board: 40 lb; small-sized board: 29 lb.Hope it will be helpful.

Q4: Would this rack work without installing the middle shelf on the right? I need more space on the bottom shelf for a mini fridge.

A4: I am not sure, but one person moved the shelf up. I would also verify that the fridge is + probable contents does not exceed the weight limit of the unit.

Q5: Can this be used on top of a counter?
A5: I wouldn't use it on a counter as it is pretty tall, and you would not be able to reach. It does fit nicely right next to my counter, and I do use if for cooking and prep space.
